The territorial scope of action

Legal basis

§ 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 10 July 2001 on the definition of seats and the territorial scope of the Directors of the Offices of Inland Navigation (Dz. U. No. 77, item. 831)

The following the territorial scope of action (…) of the Director of the Office of Inland Navigation in Warsaw shall be determined:

a) Inland waterways:

• rzeka Wisła od km 324,5 (ujście rzeki Kamiennej) do km 719,9 (Silno),
• Kanał Żerański,
• rzeka Bug od ujścia rzeki Muchawiec do ujścia do rzeki Narwi,
• rzeka Narew od ujścia rzeki Biebrzy do ujścia do rzeki Wisły wraz z Jeziorem Zegrzyńskim,

b) Inland waters, other than those inland waterways within the borders of the Mazovia Province,Lublin Province,  Łódź Province – in the area referred to in Article. 1 section 3 of the Act of 21 December 2000 on Inland Navigation.
